Address Picture u/ upload SIM/passport/NPWP/tagihan listrik/air, di mana ada
tertulis nama & alamat Anda sesuai dengan document pertama.
Jika Anda
menggunakan tagihan listrik/air dengan nama & alamat tidak sama dengan
document pertama, pemilik rumah harus membuat surat pernyataan bermeterai yang
menyatakan bahwa Anda tinggal di alamat tersebut. Surat pernyataan ini harus
anda upload di ‘Proof of address picture’ sebagai document ke-4.
Berikut
adalah format surat pernyataan:

possess any document or any other way to prove his full address at this point
in time.

corroborate further with all legal purposes, Mr. (nama Anda), which now
signs this declaration, declares herewith to notify, in writing, any amendment
made to the address identified above, within ten (10) days after the
verification of the change.

ini, anda bisa mengubah password utama untuk login ke back office serta setting
password ke-2 (second password) yang digunakan untuk berbagai transaksi
finansial di Libertagia Back office.
Inputkan
password Anda di “old password”, lalu input password yang baru di “new
password” & “retype password”. Klik “save”
Klik
“Send a second password to email”, maka Anda akan mendapatkan email berisi
second password yang ditentukan oleh system. Inputkan password tersebut di “old
second password”, lalu inputkan password yang baru di ”new second password”
& “retype second password”. Klik “save”.
Sebisa
mungkin password utama & second password tidak sama demi keamanan account
Anda.
Inputkan
data bank Anda dengan benar.
